All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT. Packaging and delivery charged extra where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All card payments are processed by PayPal, we do not have any access to your credit card details and we do not store your credit card data.
Accepting your order
When confirmation of your payment to us is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a we have accepted your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Shipping And Handling UK
We only delivery in the Derby area, all purchases made outside the Derby area must be collected from our depot.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Capital Storage Ltd is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If you have made a mistake when ordering please contact us and we will be happy to correct your order before dispatch.
Problems with your order
You must advise us of any damage, fault, shortage or error within 2 working days of delivery by e-mail or telephone. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
If your item is not in stock we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our products come with a 28 day guarantee.
Cookies are not used in this shopping site
Customers must not return goods without contacting us first by e-mail or telephone for a returns number.
Goods must be returned to us unused and in a clean saleable condition as supplied, and in original packaging is supplied.
Goods must be returned to us at the customer's expense, preferably by a secure 'signature required' service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will not accept liability for any returns that go missing or get damaged in transit. The returns number should be clearly marked on the package.
In the unlikely event that the goods are not, in our opinion, in a condition acceptable for credit, they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be made.

Refunds will only be made to the same account as the original payment was obtained.
